Delivery times
Orders received on working days before 16:00 are usually processed the same day and shipped the next working day. In the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel is usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days. For the rest of the European Union, allow an average delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
During busy periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take a little longer. We do our best to get every parcel ready for our carriers as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free from €35. For orders below this amount we charge a fixed fee. Combine two gels and you’re already over it.
Shipping to other countries within the European Union is charged differently, depending on the country and the weight of your parcel. You’ll see the exact shipping costs in your cart before you complete your order - no surprises afterwards.
Shipping methods
We ship our parcels with reliable European carriers such as PostNL and DHL. Which carrier delivers your parcel depends on the country you live in and the size of your order.
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code. Use it to follow your parcel in real time until it’s on your doorstep.
Countries we ship to
We currently ship our products throughout the European Union. We don’t ship outside the EU yet - we’re looking at how we can offer this in a sustainable and affordable way in the future.
Not at home for delivery
If you’re not at home, the carrier will usually try to leave your parcel with a neighbour or schedule a second delivery attempt. If that doesn’t work, you can collect the parcel from the nearest pick-up point within a stated period. Keep an eye on your track & trace.
Wrong address or a mistake?
Entered the wrong address by accident? Email us as soon as possible at info@nordal-care.com. If your parcel hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually still change it.
